Last friday, Patrice Kerremans, Mobile social consultant for Between Brackets, came to share with Cleverwood consultants what he does and how. He discovered this new way of managing a project when he was working on a project for “les Mutualités Chrétiennes”. Like Ken Schwaber said: ” Scrum is not a methodology, it’s a pathway”. It’s indeed a different yet simple approach to project management and we all found it intersting to see the great team spirit and level of interaction the team had during the project.
